  2. Business hours are defined as Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CET, excluding holidays.
  3. «Emergency» is defined as an incident involving a production system being down or unresponsive, with no workaround available.
  4. Time we actively dedicate to building features according to your roadmap per month.
