Turnkey cloud-in-a-box · Open-source core · CNCF

Run your own cloud — without VMware lock-in, hyperscaler bill, or two years of platform engineering.

Ænix Platform is a turnkey cloud-in-a-box built on the open-source Cozystack project we created and maintain (CNCF). Three platforms on one engine: for providers selling cloud, for regulated organisations running their own, and for teams running AI on their own GPUs.

30-minute discovery call — no slides, we scope your build or migration.

What we replace

If you came here for one of these, start at the linked page.

Pick your platform

One question settles it: who consumes the capacity? Same Cozystack engine underneath all three — different surface on top. They are not tiers, and picking one does not rule out the others.

They combine. A provider adds GPU-as-a-Service on hardware it already runs. A bank takes AI Platform under the same key custody and tenancy boundary its auditor already accepted. A telco sells a sovereign cloud product while running its regulated internal estate — one platform, one team. Adding a second surface is a configuration decision, not a second procurement. Why open core

We are the open-core company behind Cozystack — a CNCF project we created and maintain. Currently CNCF Sandbox; CNCF Incubating expected late summer 2026. Apache 2.0.

Ænix Platform is the commercial productization of Cozystack: hosting panel, user / admin / support portals, service-creation wizards, full billing, payment integrations, WHMCS integration, enterprise SLA.

What that buys you in practice:

CNCF Sandbox Apache 2.0 Built on Cozystack AENIX s.r.o. (CZ) · AENIX INC (DE, USA)
  • No proprietary lock-in at the platform layer — the substrate is the same OSS project anyone else can run. Contracts are about who builds, runs, and supports it.
  • Supplier transparency to the second hop — DORA-aligned subcontractor disclosure, with the upstream project being our own work.
  • Customer-controlled keys at every layer — encryption keys for storage, secrets, audit logs are yours, not ours.
  • Two jurisdictions — AENIX s.r.o. (Czechia) for EU contracts and EU public-sector procurement. AENIX INC (Delaware) for US contracts.
