Speak at AenixCon 2026

Share what you've actually built. AenixCon is a free, online, two-day conference for the cloud-native community — deep technical sessions on one track, honest business and production case studies on the other. We want talks that teach, not talks that pitch.

What we're looking for

Deep, useful, and not only about us

Yes, we build Cozystack and the Ænix platform — but this is a community conference. We actively want strong, vendor-neutral cloud-native talks that help the whole ecosystem, alongside real stories from people running open clouds in production.

Technical track
  • Kubernetes internals, operators & controllers
  • Storage: LINSTOR/DRBD, Ceph, SeaweedFS, CSI in production
  • Networking: Cilium, Kube-OVN, multi-tenant fabrics
  • Virtualization & KubeVirt, VM/container convergence
  • GPU tenancy, inference serving, AI infrastructure
  • Platform engineering, IDP, GitOps
  • Edge & distributed clusters
  • Observability, databases on Kubernetes, security
  • Contributing to open source & the CNCF landscape
Business & case studies
  • Migrating off VMware — the plan, the numbers, the pain
  • Launching a public cloud on open source
  • Hosting provider → cloud provider monetization
  • Private cloud in regulated industries (finance, gov)
  • Research & university computing on open source
  • Sovereign cloud & data-residency strategy
  • Selling through a cloud marketplace as a partner
  • FinOps, billing & unit economics for a k8s cloud
  • How teams actually adopt AI internally
Not on the list? If it's genuinely useful to people building or running cloud-native platforms, submit it anyway. Depth and honesty beat topic-fit.

Session formats

Pick the shape that fits your idea

🎤

~30 minutes including live Q&A. The main format for both tracks.

⚡

Lightning talk

~10 minutes, one sharp idea. Great for a first-time speaker.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Panel / fireside

A hosted conversation, 30–40 minutes. Propose the topic and who you'd want on it.

Sessions are delivered live where possible; some may be pre-recorded with the speaker live for Q&A. See the speaker handbook for details.

How we choose

Selection criteria

  • Usefulness — the audience leaves with something they can apply.
  • Depth & honesty — real trade-offs, real numbers, what didn't work.
  • Not a sales pitch — product talks that are 100% marketing are declined.
  • Clarity — a clear takeaway and a title that says what you'll get.
  • Speaker & topic diversity — across companies, backgrounds and subjects.
  • New voices welcome — first-time speakers are actively encouraged.

Send us your talk

You'll need a title, a short abstract, the track and format, and a one-paragraph speaker bio. Aim for a clear takeaway — tell us what the audience will walk away knowing. Submit one form per proposal.
