  3. Build — Public Cloud Platform at provider scale: live in weeks once the hardware is ready, via the productized installer. Private Cloud Platform: a 3-12 month build depending on scope. Multi-region national or operator programmes: a 3-6 month pilot, then 9-18 months to full production
  4. Managed operations (ongoing retainer) — Ænix runs the platform, or a hybrid model

Pricing

Public Cloud Platform subscriptions and support for self-run Cozystack start at $1,250 per 10 nodes per month (Basic tier). Private Cloud Platform and AI Platform are programmes, not SKUs — quoted per RFP after scoping.
