Tool-led “DevOps” without platform thinking Consulting that’s actually tool implementation — install Jenkins / Argo / Datadog. Tools are deployed, but the architecture stays the same. Failure: tools without coherent platform produce more operational complexity, not less.
Junior consultants in a senior engagement Senior partner sells the deal; mid-level managers oversee; junior consultants execute. The execution quality is junior. Failure: customer pays senior rates for junior outputs.

Pricing
The assessment is fixed-price, quoted before it starts. Transformation is time-and-materials or fixed-scope depending on scope clarity. If Phase 2 follows the assessment, the assessment cost is credited against it, subject to scope.
